Britain has beat his one year goal of becoming SAG-E! For those who don't know, becoming eligible to join the union, e.g. Screen Actors Guild, requires a Taft Hartley, in which a non-union performer can offer skills that an existing SAG member cannot. Off to celebrate!

Britain has finished principle filming for the feature length farce, Overlords of Magick! He plays Prince Daniel, son of King Hoozon the First, a prominent supporting character. The story follows two young men on an adventure to a whole other world full of dragons, swamps, and mischievous creatures.

Every week you can find him sweating and making magic happen at the John Kirby Studio. Britain has joined Josh Radner, Jeremy Piven, John Krasinski, and Jennifer Gardner and other notable celebrities as an Alumni of the National Theatre Institute (NTI) at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre center in Waterford, CT! His studies encompassed some of the best classical performance training in the world, with classes 7 days a week from 7:30am to 10pm with no breaks.

The short film Surgery, directed by Nick Mater, earned acclaim and the award for "Best Cinematography" at the Black Glasses Film Festival! Britain starred alongside Nick Price as the antagonist Cory (aka The Surgeon). The story surrounds a masked vigilante confronting his childhood friend one final time.

Shipwrecked! was an incredible show directed by John Michael Sefel. It opened to a great run at the Mabee Theatre. The performance ran from November 19th to the 24th, 2014 with 7 shows. Britain played a Busker in a fine musical trio. To his left a talented guitarist and to the right, an exceptional violinist. Simons' contribution included the harmonica, percussion, and an assortment of found and created instruments for the purpose of live folley.
